We accept orders by e-mail. All orders are subject to written confirmation by Dia Gems, after payment has been made.
It is your responsibility to verify that the information displayed in the shopping cart accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. After confirmation (eg by clicking the "Place order" button as explained below), the order will be sent to the Dia Gems staff for processing, and you will receive a confirmation email containing the main details of your order. Please note that the confirmation email represents acceptance of your order.
After processing, upon shipment of the product you have ordered, we will send you an order confirmation email with shipping details. In the event that the confirmation email is not sufficient, Dia Gems reserves the right to contact you for verbal confirmation of orders.
